She is known as a Queen of Talk show who is very talkative. She is Talk show host in Oprah Winfrey Show. Oprah Gail Winfrey was born January 29, 1954, in Kosciusko, Mississippi. She moved to Nashville., to live with her father, Vernon, who is a barber and business after she got a sexually abused by a number of male relatives and friends of her mother.
She entered Tennessee State University in 1971 and began working in radio and television broadcasting in Nashville. In 1976, Winfrey moved to Baltimore, where she hosted the TV chat show, People Are Talking. The show became a hit and Winfrey stayed with it for eight years.
She became a host of Oprah Winfrey Show for more than 20 years, started in1986 as a nationally syndicated program. In 1994, with talk shows becoming increasingly trashy and exploitative, Winfrey pledged to keep her show free of tabloid topics. Although ratings initially fell, she earned the respect of her viewers and was soon rewarded with an upsurge in popularity. According to Forbes magazine, Oprah was the richest African American of the 20th century and the world's only Black billionaire for three years running.
The Talk show, is held in Chicago. Her new studio is very big that can occupy so many people. She always gives a gift for a audiences in the studios and the has another show that called “OPRAH BIG GIFT”. At the show she always has some actor, actress ,famous people to attend the show, she cares about life too beside the glamour.
Even though she is very wealthy, she always cares to people who needs a help and she doesn’t show up her wealth. Example, she opened a school in South Africa called Angel’s Hope. She also opened a donate center called Angel’s Network. She hasn’t married because she has a trauma when she got abused.
